HOW TO SHOW DOG YOU LOVE HIM...
WE know how to tell if your dog loves you, but do you know how to tell your dog you love them right back? Check out these 8 ways to say ‘I love you’ to dogs so they intuitively understand.
1.TALK TO YOUR DOG
1.TALK TO YOUR DOG
Studies using MRI technology show dogs understand human languagebetter than previously thought. So talking out loud to your dog isn’t as crazy as you might think.
2. Be a good listener
Dogs rely on facial expressions and body language to communicate. The better you understand how your dog feels, the better you’ll be able to empathize and bond with them.
3. Share soft, deep eye contact
While staring down a dog in a forceful manner will spark aggression, when a dog gives you long, lingering eye contact, it’s a way of saying “I love you.” A recent study shows that oxytocin, the ‘love chemical,’ goes up in both dogs and humans when they share a kind gaze.
4. The brows have it
Scientific studies prove that dogs can read human emotions through our facial expressions. When a dog loves someone, they often raise their eyebrows—the left one more than the right—so greeting your dog with raised eyebrows and a relaxed smile tells your dog how happy you are to be reunited.
5. Lean on me
Did you know that a dog leaning against you is a sign of love and trust? Leaning against your dog is a great way to add a little love boost to your dog’s day.
6. Sleep next to each other
If you don’t care to let your dog in bed with you, even an afternoon snooze on the couch together will relax both you and your dog.

About the Dog Meat Trade in Asia
It's estimated that in China alone, 10 million dogs and 4 million cats, are slaughtered for the dog meat trade each year.
Dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes, many of them family pets still wearing their collars, are snatched from the streets and forced into tiny cages. Many suffer broken limbs as they are transported vast distances, without food or water.
When they finally arrive at the dog meat markets, injured, dehydrated and exhausted, they are forced to watch in terror as other dogs are bludgeoned to death or thrown still alive into boiling water to remove their skins.
Animals Asia has exposed the Asian dog meat trade's false claims that it farms dogs for food on 'dog meat farms'. Most 'meat dogs' are vulnerable strays or pets, stolen from their families.
What is the Yulin Dog Meat Festival?
Every June, the small city of Yulin in China holds an annual "Lychee and Dog Meat Festival", usually referred to as Yulin Dog Meat Festival.
Although the numbers of dogs killed at this 'dog eating festival' have been declining each year since 2015, when it comes to the dog and cat meat trade, the Yulin festival is sometimes seen as its flagship event.
But the truth is, the Yulin dog eating festival is just the tip of the iceberg, with the number of dogs slaughtered at the festival representing less than 0.01% of the Chinese dog meat trade as a whole.
This violent and crime-ridden trade doesn't end after Yulin when the cameras leave. It's alive all year round. Ending Yulin won't end dog eating. But ending dog eating will end Yulin.
That's why Animals Asia remains focused on the end game… Ending dog and cat eating in China, altogether.
Dog Cruelty in China
The dog meat industry has long claimed that it farms dogs for their meat, boasting more than 100 registered 'dog meat farms'.
But in 2015, a four-year undercover investigation by Animals Asia into the Chinese dog meat trade exposed these claims as false. None of its registered 'farms' had more than 30 dogs on-site and such small scale operations cannot possibly meet such a demand.
Some dog meat farms had even been registered under multiple names to manipulate figures, and cover-up the widespread dog and cat thefts which sustains this dirty industry.
Animals Asia is Helping Dogs in China
In the last 2 years, Animals Asia has investigated and reported 1,039 dog and cat meat restaurants in 52 cities across China. As a result, over 100 restaurants have been ordered to stop selling dog meat, or to close altogether due to illegality in their business dealings. And these small victories soon amount to thousands of dogs and cats being spared the brutal capture and killing, suffered by so many.
We also help with the rescue of dogs and cats saved from abuse, and the dog and cat meat trade, like the dog pictured, saved from a dog snatcher.
We're fighting dog and cat abuse all year round... share this post as much u can

WHY YOUR DOG EAT POOP?
Dog eats poop. Pet owner gags. Dog eats poop again. Pet owner runs screaming from the room.
Yes, it’s disgusting. Yes, it’s potentially unhealthy. And, yes, it’s fairly common in the animal world.
Dog eats poop. Pet owner gags. Dog eats poop again. Pet owner runs screaming from the room.
Yes, it’s disgusting. Yes, it’s potentially unhealthy. And, yes, it’s fairly common in the animal world.
A pup will eat his own poop for a number of reasons:
- He thinks it smells and tastes good. (Dogs are notoriously poor arbiters of taste.)
- He’s hungry.
- He may be missing key nutrients in his diet or suffer malabsorption.
- He likes to keep his territory or bedding clean.
- He has fun playing with it. (This is especially true for dogs that are mouthy.)
- He’s bored.
- He knows that removing the evidence means no punishment for inappropriate elimination.
- He knows that fewer predators will give him grief if there is no physical evidence of his having been around.
There may be other reasons for routine coprophagy, as the condition is known. It can be hard to figure out why a dog chooses to eat poop, but if the problem persists, ask your veterinarian about a remedy for this habit. What veterinarians do know is that it is normal behavior for a wide variety of species — even if humans are revolted by the very idea.
WHY MY DOG SPOIT AFTER VOMIT AFTER EATING?
OR MY CAT VOMIT AFTER EATING?
OR MY CAT VOMIT AFTER EATING?
Have you ever gotten up in the morning or come home from work at night to be greeted by a pile of vomited food on the floor? If your cat or dog vomits undigested food a short time after eating, you may have a serious problem, but not necessarily. Cats OR DOG are known for eating things they shouldn’t (plastic, sewing needles, thread or yarn, you get the picture), so if something gets stuck in the esophagus or stomach, this can cause vomiting or regurgitation of food when the cat tries to eat. However, if a healthy cat simply eats too much food or eats too quickly, the food may come right back up.
So how do you know if you have a problem?
Here are some tips:
- If your cat tends to eat very quickly, try feeding smaller, more frequent meals to help discourage gorging.
- Hair balls can cause vomiting of food material. If you’re unsure about how to manage hairballs, ask your veterinarian for advice. If hairballs don’t seem to be the cause, seek veterinary care.
- Frequent or abrupt diet changes can cause some cats to vomit food. If a diet change is necessary, try to do it gradually (over a period of at least a week or so). Don’t forget that new treats also constitute a diet change, so if vomiting occurs after trying a new treat, discontinue it for a while to see if the problem resolves.
- Cats OR DOGS that develop food allergies sometimes vomit after eating
